1. Shop

How can I order?

There are three ways of buying products in our shop promediaplus.pl:

1. Through the website promediaplus.pl following these steps:

  •        Place items in your bag
  •        Go inside the bag
  •        Give a delivery address
  •        Confirm your order
  •        Select a payment method: bank transfer, DotPay or cash on delivery

2. By telephone giving a delivery address, invoice details, a number of items. Our consultant confirms the amount of money and after a verbal confirmation a payment method is chosen: bank transfer or cash on delivery.

3. Via e-mail giving details regarding a delivery address, chosen products and their numbers at biuro@promediaplus.pl. You can pay with bank transfer or cash on delivery. Attention! Promediaplus.pl service has a right to ask for a down payment or refuse cash on delivery shipping

 

Who can place an order?

Online shopping and other ways of purchasing are available for business customers only (companies, associations, sole trades). We regret that we are unable to supply to personal consumers.

Can I order printouts?

We are unable to supply you with printouts. If you need them we can recommend collaborative printing houses. To this end, please send us an email at biuro@promediaplus.pl.

 

Can I get a VAT invoice for my order?

Yes, we are a taxpayer. Our products are imposed a 23% tax. 

 

2. Offer

Can I get an individual offer?

Individual offers are prepared for our regular business partners. Management of Pro Media Plus sp. z o.o. management who the regular business partner is based on its own opinions.

 

Can I buy a different number of items than the one given in the package?

Yes. If so, we add packages’ prices and piece prices.

For example:

7 pieces of roll-ups compact 85x200 = 1 x package of 4 pieces (1 x 139,60 zł nett) + 3 x 1 piece (3 x 37,40 zł piece) = 251,80 zł nett

 

Can I come and see over the products?

Yes. We do our best to have all stock in our shop in 218 Głogowska Street in Poznań. Let us know in advance in order to confirm the presence of our consultant.

 

 

3. Lead time and delivery

How long does the delivery take?

Orders placed before 2.30 pm will be sent on the same working day. Orders placed after 2.30 pm will be sent on the following working day. All inland parcels will be sent within 24 hours’ time.

 

Which delivery service do you send parcels with?

We send all parcels in cooperation with an international parcel delivery service DPD. You are able to follow your order using a trackable service:

How can I track my parcel?

In view of a short delivery period you will receive a number of consignment note on your request. In order to receive it, send us an email or call us. You are able to follow your order using a trackable service:

How much does the delivery cost?

Items worth 500 zł nett or more ordered in Poland are delivered by Pro Media Plus sp. z o.o.  for free. The delivery fee for items worth less than 500 zł nett is 23 zł gross.

 

Is it possible to send the products abroad?

For international delivery information, please contact our consultant individually.

 

Is it possible to receive the parcel on Saturday?

Yes, please contact our consultant in order to check possibilities and prices.

 

Is it possible to use my own delivery service?

Unfortunately, there is not a  possibility of a different delivery service than ours. However, you can pick-up your order in our shop.

 

Is it possible to pick-up my order in your shop?

Yes. Our shop is located in the center of Poland, in 218 Głogowska Street, 61-104 Poznań. It is open between 8 am and 4 pm. Let us know in advance via email or telephone in order to confirm the presence of our consultant.

 

4. Payments

How can I pay for my purchases?

The fastest and the most convenient payment method is DotPay. We also accept bank transfers and cash on delivery. Bank transfers should be made to our bank account: Raiffeisen Bank 12 1750 0012 0000 0000 3650 4285 . We may ask you for a confirmation of a transfer or you should wait until the money is on our account.

Deferred payments (up to 60 days) are offered for our regular business partners. Management of Pro Media Plus sp. z o.o. management who the regular business partner is based on its own opinions.

 

Is it possible to pay on delivery?

Yes, it is possible that payment is made on delivery.

 

Can I buy on hire purchase?

Unfortunately, there is not a  possibility of buying on hire purchase in our shop. However, such kind of payment can be provided by DotPay. For more information, please click here.

 

5. Complaints

How are complaints handled?

We have an efficient system in place for dealing with customer complaints. We may ask for pictures of faulty products and descriptions of an occurrence of faults. For more complaint information, please follow our statute.

Can I return the product?

According to Polish law, you always have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days, without giving any reason. Returns that are not caused by the fault of promediaplus.pl service are at a customer’s expense.

I am missing an item from my order or I have an incorrect item in my order.

In case of legitimate confirmation that an item is missing or incorrect, we change it or complete and send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

 

6. Customer loyalty scheme

In exchange for collected points from the shop Pro Media Plus, you can receive special rebates for your purchase (after reaching proper numbers). There is not a possibility to give your points to another person or company, change them over to in-kind prizes or  sell.
